助林克穎落跑　友人、女友都判刑

英商林克穎酒駕撞死送報生遭判刑4年定讞，去年8月林透過女友董玉琪協助，持白人同事邱凱護照出境，台北地院今仍依《入出國及移民法》及誣告等罪，判邱及董女各7月、5月徒刑，均得易科罰金，全案可再上訴，此外法官另裁定董女繼續限制住居、出境與出海。

邱凱聽判後還押心情平靜，而董玉琪則透過律師表示會研究是否上訴。

兩人審理時均坦承犯行，法官認定2人幫助受禁止出國處分的林克穎潛逃，違反《入出國及移民法》，各判刑5月，邱謊報護照遺失則依誣告罪另判刑3月，邱應執行7月。
