中國無錫2013年6月28日電 /美通社/ -- 尚德電力控股有限公司(紐交所股票代碼：stp)(簡稱“公司”或“尚德”)今天宣布，尚德與大部分3%可轉換債券的持有人(簡稱“債券持有人”)達成一致，形成了新的債務延期協議，以開始債務重組流程中接下來的步驟。該新的債務延期協議提供了更多時間來實施重組，並將於2013年8月30日到期。

特別是，新的協議考慮將債券所有人持有的所有主要債權股票化。此外，債券持有人將提名兩名額外的公司董事會成員，在公司正在進行中的重組中提供指導和支持。
