（中央社台北11日電）中國大陸國家外匯管理局日前表示，2014年將加快推動開放人民幣資本帳可兌換，並防範跨境資本雙向流動衝擊，避免發生金融風險。

新華社今天報導，大陸國家外匯管理局在日前召開的全大陸外匯管理工作會議中，作出上述宣示。

報導說，大陸2014年外匯管理工作重點包括促進國際收支基本平衡、加快外匯管理改革開放、促進貿易投資便利化、發揮市場在配置外匯資源中的決定性作用、完善外匯存底經營管理。1030111
