美國監控改革計畫　下周公佈

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】美國白宮發言人卡尼（Jay Carney）表示，歐巴馬總統將在17日公佈監控改革計劃，討論如何改進美國情報的偵監作為。卡尼說，歐巴馬希望透過這個計畫，向外界展示美國政府對改進情報措施的努力。
 
美國國家安全局（NSA）承包商前雇員史諾登去年揭露美國大規模情報偵監計畫，讓美國飽受國際輿論批評。據了解，歐巴馬一直有意檢討監控計畫，在專家與幕僚提出改革建議後，他將在下周公布決定。
