防網軍駭客 國安範圍納網路

有鑑於資訊化時代來臨，網路駭客犯罪頻繁，行政院會今天(30日)通過「國家安全法」部分條文修正草案，新增國家安全維護擴及網際網路範圍，同時，為強化保防警覺，草案也新增給予檢舉人獎金及保護的規定，以全面強化國家安全。

由於全球化、資訊化時代來臨，國家安全威脅不再限於實體，已擴及資通訊安全，網路駭客可藉由入侵網際網路進行破壞。行政院會30日通過「國家安全法」部分條文修正草案，新修國家安全維護應擴及網際網路。行政院發言人鄭麗文轉述：『(原音)就「國家安全法』第2條之2、第5條之1、第5條之2修正草案，院長裁示通過，函請立法院審議。』

也就是說，未來進行網路監控、公文密碼傳遞等資通訊安全管理，都將有法源依據。

另一方面，由於敵諜案件犯行隱匿、舉證不易，為了強化全民保防警覺，草案也增列檢舉獎金及保護辦法，鼓勵民眾檢舉危害國家安全案件，以全面維護國家安全。

此外，草案也增訂保防工作的業務範圍、適用對象、主管機關等規定。相關修正草案將送立法院審議。
