辜仲諒涉紅火案　二審加重判9年8月

中信慈善基金會董事長辜仲諒被控和通緝逃亡的妹婿陳俊哲，共同侵吞中信金約3億元，辜一審被依違反《證交法》、《銀行法》等罪判刑9年，高院下午加重改判辜9年8月，併科1億5千萬元。

辜被控在2005年擔任中信金控副董事長時，為轉投資兆豐金，透過香港分行購買高度連結兆豐金的結構債，但擔心被金管會查到，再將結構債轉賣到陳俊哲的紅火公司，等股價上漲後，贖回結構債獲利3千多萬美元(約台幣10億)，辜想起先前曾送吳淑珍2億多元，決定吞下部分獲利。

全案爆發後，辜一度逃亡日本遭通緝，特偵組偵辦扁案期間，辜為求返台能交保，寫自白書坦承犯行，並將款項全數歸還中信金。
