標題[請問] 想請問贈與稅的一些問題

家裡有用我的名子貸款買了一間房子 然後打算由我爸一年給我200萬去付貸款 我有去查了一下贈與稅的部分 是知道贈與稅免稅額一個人有220萬 但是目前的疑問是 在匯款之前 是否需要去稅捐處或者國稅局辦甚麼手續之類的? 還是說直接匯款即可 不用申辦 因為我在查詢時 http://ppt.cc/MP0w 第一點有寫說 "除不計入贈與總額之財產贈與外，贈與人在 1 年內贈與他人之財產總值超過贈與稅免稅 額時，應於超過免稅額之贈與行為發生後 30 日內辦理贈與稅申報。" 所以我才有這個疑惑 希望對此有比較了解的版友可以為我解惑 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.89.143
