健保如何轉入區公所

今年剛畢業家裡已經把健保拉出來了 目前還沒工作
1如果我要加保到區公所 應該要帶什麼資料給區公所呢?

2如果之後有了工作 區公所會自動把健保拉給公司保嗎?還是我要跑一趟區公所?

3前一份工作公司保了半年的健保,剛好跟家裡重覆繳費,那如果要辦理退費應該要去哪裡辦?要帶什麼資料呢??
