500輛二手自行車捐弱勢　藝人溫昇豪代言獻愛心

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市水利局與財團法人自行車新文化基金會合作，在高灘地河濱設置15個自行車租借站，提供3000多輛自行車讓民眾租借，每年固定汰舊換新20%，幾年下來產生約達500輛二手自行車，水利局今天上午召開記者會，請來住在新北市、常騎自行車的藝人溫昇豪代言，將這些二手車捐給社會局實物銀行，造福弱勢家庭與育幼院。   

高灘處指出，500輛二手自行車價值約100萬元，車型共分幼童車、青少年車與成人車等五種，皆是使用3至5年的自行車，經過維修與檢查仍相當耐用，每輛車貼上基金會辨識貼紙，領到車的民眾未來如果遇到任何車子問題，皆可到河濱租借站「憑紙」免費維修。
