汔車停巷子只剩一台機車可通行不算違規？

如題，我住的地方，旁邊有一條巷子，巷子並不大，從上往下看，形狀呈

◥ ，有一戶住家停汔車一次停了三台，一台停在斜邊，二台停在直線，也就

是說只剩一台機車可通行的路而已，這樣不算違規嗎？

昨天有找警察來，但警察卻說沒有違規是為什麼？明明只剩一台機車可通

行，而且根本幾乎是剛好的空間，為什麼不是呢？

如果是的話，該如何處理？
