　　《建設大廈》將經典的堆房子遊戲加入了新元素，玩家不再是無限的將樓層堆上去，每十層可完成一棟小公寓，放入像是道具欄的空間就可以在一定時間內獲得金錢收入，每次挑戰蓋高樓都要花錢，對於技巧不好的玩家來說真是花錢如流水，基底可以隨意放，共有三次失誤機會，失敗了就得重蓋，蓋好的建築物越多，你的星等評價與人口也會越來越多，不過吊線擺動的幅度其實滿大的，很容易就會蓋歪，幸好這款遊戲的房屋不會傾倒，只要花點耐心就可以逐步增加建築物數量。
