校地蓋豪宅　徐旭東涉撈百億

【綜合報導】遠東集團董事長徐旭東被檢舉利用旗下基金會及學校養地、避稅、蓋豪宅，質疑該過程無視公益且有違法之虞，涉不法撈百億元；遠東集團回應該刊，絕無不法。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，遠東集團旗下公司在新北市捷運菁華地段，興建「遠揚加洲」名宅，被檢舉利用基金會和亞東技術學院養地避稅，再轉給旗下遠東新世紀公司，且委由同集團的營造公司蓋大樓，創造百億元利潤，但基金會僅得分少數樓層，恐有掏空之嫌。

另，同基地原屬學校名下的土地，也被查出違法開發，但新北市政府仍發建照及使照，廉政署已入調查。
