洪案多2名被告　朝軍虐方向偵辦

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢持續約談相關涉案人員，最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生今天上午表示，269旅禁閉室戒護下士李念祖、士官長陳以人2名證人轉為被告，朝軍虐方向偵辦；李念祖、陳以人先後均已交保。
