百事可樂的純果汁將不再標榜純天然

百事可樂公司說它們出產的純果汁，將不再標榜純天然，因為有人控告這不符合事實，百事可樂花了九百萬美元才擺平官司。

百事可樂在今天發表的聲明中說，它出產的部分百分之百果汁中，有添加維他命，這也替它惹上了官司，提告人宣稱維他命是合成元素，純果汁加了合成維他命，就不是純天然了。

為了避免落人話柄，百事可樂說，在法令更明確以前，它們決定暫時把純天然標識拿掉。美國食品暨藥物管理局目前並沒有給天然產品明確的定義。
