關於 一般行政 普考&地特四等 的選擇

目前是全職媽媽，專科畢業，想報考一般行政普考或地特四等
((看起來是裡面比較容易的))
最近有想報公職可是因為從來沒有接觸過摸不著頭緒!
我給自己一年時間來熟悉並準備好，明年報考!

1.像我這樣從來沒接觸過，我報考會有機會嗎!?
2.小孩是我自己帶加上經濟狀況不理想，要上補習班有困難，如果買書自己讀我該如何選擇(哪一家的書)?
3.普考跟特考是一樣的嗎?可以兩個考還是二則一就好?
4.承3，還是可以選擇民政+行政，兩個不同的?

ps.因脫離自己的專業已經2年了，這2年也持續都有再考，但一次比一次慘!
越考越沒信心，也因為不是自己興趣，所以想轉換跑道試看看!
