【綜合報導】彰化市江南花園城社區因連續大雨，28戶房子出現嚴重傾斜下陷，路面多處爆出寬60公分、深120公分長短不一的裂痕，幾乎可以吞掉一個小孩，而且受損面積不斷擴大，前晚縣府已緊急撤離120名住戶！彰化縣建築師與土木技師公會昨天實地勘查，研判原因是連續大雨地層含水量過高、無法負荷、加上排水不良，才導致地層下陷，因整修補強效果不大，將面臨拆除重建。

從中國嫁到台灣2年的黃姓大陸新娘哽咽說：「好不容易和丈夫掙了點錢，再向娘家借錢、銀行貸款，剛花250萬元買了自己的家，沒想到竟然在一夕之間全都變了樣，以後真的不知道該怎麼辦？」
