中國保監會暫停上海國壽增設據點

【林巧雁／台北報導】國壽今晚發布重大訊息，中國保監會暫停上海國壽增設分支機構。國壽副總林昭廷解釋，因上海國壽第3季的償付能力僅114%，依中國保監會的「保險公司償付能力管理規定」，法規償付能力低於150%會有一些裁罰。
 
他表示，中國保監會了解上海國壽償付能力不足是因為另一股東的東方航空不願增資，且東航目前正在出售股權中，（出售給陸家嘴金融發展公司），因此給予最輕的處罰，上海國壽目前沒有擴點計劃，因此不受影響，未來只要完成股權出售與增資就可解禁。
 
至於上海國壽股權出售進度，國壽表示，一切on schedule進行中。
