遠雄3.4億元標走嘉義車站特定區土地

【郭寶懃／台北報導】交通部高速鐵路工程局今日下午標售嘉義車站特定區，共計1標土地，面積為4235坪，標售底價約為3億元，據高鐵局指出，是由上市櫃公司遠雄集團以3.4億元標走，溢價率達13%。

近期陸續在竹北、新竹、台南獵地遠雄集團，今日再標走嘉義車站特定區周邊土地，遠雄公共事務部副總蔡宗易指出，未來該區會興建示範性社區，坪數以中小型為主，以年輕首購族為目標。
