德宏去年12月營收月增14.92%

德宏工業（5475）公布2013年12月營收2.42億元，高於11月所創九個月新低14.92%，比2012年12月減少0.94%。

德宏2013年營收28.74億元，較2012年衰退11.17%；其中第4季營收6.98億元，低於第3季5.6%，創八季新低，昨天股價下跌0.03元、0.44%，收盤價6.82元。

德宏認為玻纖市場此時已處最壞情況，在印刷電路板（PCB ）產業2014年將成長，可望否極泰來，擬辦理2億元有擔保轉換公司債已生效，預計本季募集完成。

德宏2013年前三季毛利率3.13%，稅後純損5378萬元，每股稅後純損0.26元；毛利率比2012年同期下滑4.28個百分點並轉盈為虧。

德宏2013年第3季稅後純損5684萬元，比第2季轉盈為虧，較2012年同期擴增27.11%，每股稅後純損0.27元。

德宏2013年第3季營收7.35億元，毛利率負4.93%；營收季增率3.42%，比2012年同期減少20.93%，創四季新高，毛利率各下滑6.77、4.96個百分點。
