(1)無畏日股崩跌，美股四大指數30日齊步走揚，終場費半指數大漲逾1.5%，而標普500指數則持續向連續第七個月月線收漲紀錄挺進。儘管美國當日下修GDP成長率，而初領失業救濟金人數亦不如預期，但糟糕的經濟數據反而使投資人更加篤定，聯準會(FED)的景氣刺激措施不會輕易縮手。道瓊工業平均指數當日漲0.14%(21.73點)至15324.53點；NASDAQ指數漲0.69%(23.78點)至3491.30點；標準普爾500指數漲0.37%(6.05點)至1654.41點；費城半導體指數漲1.53%(7.14點)至474.43點。

(2)消費者、企業信心優於預期，帶動歐洲各主要股市反彈走強，儘管午盤美國經濟數據不如人意，漲勢稍有收斂，不過三大指數終場仍穩住紅盤作收。泛歐道瓊 Stoxx 600 指數小漲 0.4％，收報 303.55 點。本日漲勢未能回拉昨天 1.9％ 慘跌比率，經濟合作暨發展組織 (OECD) 下砍歐元區和全球經濟成長預期。過去一周以來，股市普遍掙扎尋找方向，投資人既希望看到樂觀消息推動股市走高，又擔憂 Fed 的寬鬆購債計畫前景。
