標題[請問] 指紋的法律效力

昨天在收東西的時候發現幾年前大學租屋時的保證金單子， 那時看到不錯的房公寓想租，但和室友須過兩周才有辦法領到足夠的錢 （租賃是約兩個月後才開始，房東也無所謂這段時間空著，讓我們先繳保證金 　，之後再繳清一次半年份的租金。） 單子上有我和室友3人的身分證字號和指紋，還有房東的身分證字號和指紋。 主要內容大約是房東以已保證金，兩個月後若我們沒租屋則保證金歸房東所有。 問題： 昨天看到這張單子忽然想到，指紋到法律效力可以達到什麼程度？ 像我室友就可能可以在我熟睡時取得我的指紋。 若變造了一張我不清楚或者不願意的文件，趁我熟睡時取得我的指紋這樣該怎麼算？ 還是這類的法律文件必定需要有第三者在場才成立？ 有點疑惑故提問，若有任何違規請版主刪除。謝謝。 身分證、指紋、印章若同居人或室友有心，應該都有可能取得。 若因此有法律上的疑問主要判斷是在我是否知情嗎？ 但想想這點也蠻難舉證。 忽然想到的問題希望得到解答。謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.195.5
