　　房地美(Freddie Mac)周四(11日)在其週報中表示，今日為止一周的30年固定房貸平均利率自前一周的4.29%上升至4.51%，觸及前(2011)年7月以來最高水位。

房地美的首席經濟學家Frank Nothaft表示：「6月的強勁就業情形令市場更加猜測美國聯準會(Fed)未來將減少購債，造成債券殖利率及房貸利率雙雙走升。」

自5月初的低點以來，30年平均利率已攀升逾1%，而此升幅也使得分析師認為可能抑制房市反彈。

30年平均利率在1年前則為3.56%。

同時，15年固定房貸平均利率從前一周的3.39%上升至3.53%。

1年期公債指數混合變率型抵押貸款(ARM)平均利率仍為2.66%。

5年期公債指數ARM則由上周的3.1%增加至3.26%。
