標題[請益] GG jos 問題

小弟目前任職GG設備助工,最近透過jos管道尋求轉職很幸運的有一個非設備的 缺而且已經面試完也受到對方的肯定,無奈自己部門的部經理表示到年底前都免肖想 離開(今年已經被挖了四個工程師)那邊也表示無法等這麼久, 鍵盤小弟想請問這方面有經驗的鄉民 遇到這種情況去找HR是否有效？ 有同事說去那邊鬧一鬧大概有八成的機會走的掉,剩下的兩成是走不掉又變黑 為了這事已經沮喪了兩天了... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.89.27
