原住民缺考率高　試委建議取消報名優惠

【王家俊／台北報導】原住民參加國家考試均享報名費減半優惠，五等到三等考試的報名費為400元到550元不等，考試委員趙麗雲今天在考試院會說，原民到考率低，建議若無正當理由棄考，下次報名不再優惠或酌減優惠。對此，考選部官員表示，考選業務基金虧損嚴重，將開源節流，報名費是否優惠將整體考量弱勢報名優惠再做決定。

趙麗雲表示日前到原民特考花蓮考區巡視，卻發現到考率異常的低，開場平均只有58.55%，三等考試開場只有48.21%，最後一節只剩41.67%，遠較其他公務人員考試來得低。她說，與同一考區的公務人員地方特考相比，原民特考到考率也低了20%，與當地監考人員交換意見，認為的確可能因為報名費優惠措施，導致浮濫報名與輕易棄考，建議考選部檢討。
