【動新聞】7醫院獲利成長　卻減人事費

【方翊倩／綜合報導】醫療改革基金會昨公布醫療財團法人醫院財務體檢報告，指出以非營利為宗旨的醫療財團法人醫院，八成都賺錢，人事成本佔醫務總成本比率卻倒退嚕。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，全台40家財團法人醫院中，前年有32家有盈餘、比率高達8成，總計年獲利233億元，其中長庚醫院全年獲利近174億元為最高，慈濟醫院以16億多元排第2、亞東醫院年賺近10億元居第3位。非營利醫院獲利應用於醫療公益或改善醫事人力，但為恭等7家醫院前年醫務收入及稅後盈餘均有成長，人力人本佔醫務總成本比率卻較前一年下降，顯示醫院賺錢未用來改善醫護人員待遇。
