曾銘宗下午主持金管會記者會

金管會主委曾銘宗今天下午4時半，將主持，就任金管會主委後，首場記者會。

曾銘宗在8月1日出任金管會主委時，曾提到，為加強銀行競爭力、支持銀行業進行整併；因為目前台灣銀行家數過多、且許多規模都太小，他希望業者在整併後，能進一步往海外，尤其是亞洲市場發展，讓台灣的銀行業，晉升為「區域銀行」規模。

曾銘宗當時還提到，銀行整併三大前提；包括須符合市場機制、須符合相關法令規定，符合客戶及股東權益。
