摘要：經濟部今天公布7月的工業及製造業生產指數統計。好消息是，工業生產指數創下歷年第二高的紀錄，製造業指數也終結連續五個月的負成長。經濟部官員表示，七月份指數回到正成長，代表工業生產開始止跌回穩。儘管7月份工業生產指數終結了連續五個月的負成長，不過在商業表現上，就不是太好看。7月份的商業營業額有1兆2千129億元，年減0.7%，是從5月份以來連續第3個月負成長，三大行業包括批發業、零售業、餐飲業全部衰退。是甚麼原因導致的呢？經濟部官員表示，機械器具批發業，是受到了PC以及筆電的需求疲軟所影響；另外是餐
