女兒言行不當沒法畢業　母踹椅恐嚇老師

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園縣1名41歲謝姓女子因女兒（16歲）在校言行不當，遭就讀國中記過，因而無法領到畢業証書，謝女今年6月5日上午帶著女兒到學校與廖 姓、謝姓老師理論未果，先以腳踹謝老師的椅背，作勢要打她，並不斷咆哮嗆聲「你出去，你試試看」等語，案經謝老師報警究辦，桃園地檢署依恐嚇罪嫌將她提起公訴。
