人妻網戀偷生子　「小王子」報戶口洩不倫戀

基隆1名吳姓人妻（33歲）3年前與台南1名許姓男子(33歲)透過網路交往1年多，前年5月吳女替許男生下一子，去年為了替兒子報戶口，許男要求吳女簽署結婚證書佐證，但她與王姓前夫（41歲）當時有婚姻關係，依法推定是吳女夫妻的孩子。

許男提出親子關係訴訟，如願讓兒子認祖歸宗，但不倫戀姦情也因此曝光，人夫才知自己遭戴綠帽，怒告妨害家庭。基隆地院判刑3個月，人夫無奈地說：「我都離婚了，過去就過去了！」但其家人大罵判太輕。

逼人妻簽結婚證書示意圖 許男要求吳女：「兒子報戶口最重要！」逼她簽結婚證書，吳女憂心吃上重婚官司。
