憲法共識是「山寨版」的九二共識？　謝長廷：不評論沒聽到的話

【張麗娜／台北報導】行政院前院長謝長廷今出席民進黨華山會議，但因要趕3點的電視節目，因此提前離席。謝離席時接受媒體訪問，對於前立委沈富雄曾引中共高層說法，認為「憲法共識」是「山寨版」的九二共識，謝說，「我們不批評、不評論，因為我沒有直接聽到」。

不過，謝也說，基本上兩岸的政策，台灣有共識比較好，所以只要對台灣人民好，大家都會往中間走，所以國民黨講台灣前途要由台灣人民來決定，或是他也講中華民國就是台灣，這也是往中間走。謝說，「大家都往中間走，不必再計較好像誰向誰接近，如果這樣講好像國民黨向我們（民進黨）接近，其實都是往中間接近，兩個比較極端的往中間接近，就好像看起來是往對方接近，這不必去計較」。
