飯店魚翅有蟑螂　廚師判免賠

【綜合報導】台中僑園飯店去年11月舉辦婚宴，卻遭客訴魚翅有蟑螂、鮑魚腥味重等，僑園退費6萬元後，竟轉向廚師林均澔（30歲）求償，指林督導不周造成客訴賠償和商譽損失，求償16萬元，但林反指餐廳用各種名義扣薪，還舉辦抓老鼠競賽，最後1名也要扣錢，不合理，台中地院認定，魚翅有蟑螂等與林男無關，判僑園敗訴。
