臥室床位與馬桶之間的風水關係？

上面是我房間的設計圖

但長輩說不好，原因是床尾對著馬桶

這風水我是第一次聽到

因為平常是說床不對廁所門或是床頭不靠著廁所那面牆

像我這樣的床位有問題嗎？

若有，有辦法以不移床位的方式改善嗎？

謝謝各位有經驗的高手替小弟解答！
