明與胖達人協商 北市：最高3倍退費

標榜食材純天然的知名麵包店「胖達人」，遭踢爆麵包含人工香精。北市府法務局長蔡立文說，明天上午消保官將與胖達人協商退費機制，市府立場採「從寬認定」，只要消費者提出發票、信用卡簽單、會員消費紀錄等，不管購買時間，都能獲得最高3倍的退費補償。
