處分華南產險 金管會罰鍰6萬元

金管會今天發布，華南金控（2880）子公司華南產險，因違反強制汽車責任保險法等相關法令，罰鍰新台幣6萬元。

金管會保險局指出，華南產險辦理強制汽車責任保險理賠作業，經查有未依據強制汽車責任保險給付標準第2條，及強制汽車責任保險承保及理賠作業處理辦法第6條的規定，檢視查證必備文件即給付保險金，依強制汽車責任保險法第48條規定，核處華南產險罰鍰新台幣6萬元。

金管會並呼籲，保險業辦理強制汽車責任保險理賠，應確實遵守相關法令規定，並保障民眾權益。
