標題[請益] 前公司不在台灣怎麼申訴？

曾經離開職場有一段時間，因為前職場種種因素及生涯規劃的因素當初沒想很多就辭 職了。 現在發現公職路並不是自己想要的，也要回歸就業路線。 但突然發生一個問題了。 因之前是在一個小公司零售商（跑國際線）做業務助理，後來因合作關係輾轉與日本商接 下case，當初離職時是向日本公司那口頭請辭，現在留下的副本只有當初與日本公司上頭 對話的到職及離職紀錄，並無正式的離職單。 上個月想與前公司拿份任職證明書，但他們的社長開始使出拖延戰速。 雖然之後也好好寫了mail給了他們，總不能用之前的mail當任職證明書但看著現今都快一 個月過去了…難道這要打越洋官司嗎？ 在沒有勞健保的證明與任職單的開出，只剩下交出副本一途了嗎？ 我知道我的單蠢造成現在這些垃圾要好好處理 有沒有人有遇過這種情形可以解惑一下的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.99.231
