輕颱康芮威力略增，路徑偏西，氣象局發布陸上颱風警報，列宜蘭和花蓮為警戒區，航港局公布今（二十九）日離島海上航線，部分東部航班以及中部的台中│廈門航線宣布停航。

航港局表示，東部海上航班受到颱風影響海面浪大，台東富岡至綠島航線，包括帆利、龍鴻、大發、長杰四家船公司轄下船名：凱旋一號、凱旋二號、綠島之星二號、金星三號（修船）、天王星等船全日航班全線停航。台東富岡-蘭嶼航線，龍鴻所屬綠島之星一號停航。以及屏東後壁湖-蘭嶼航線，大發公司旗下恆星亦停航一日。

中部海上航班，國耀船務所屬海峽號，因颱風今日停航台中│廈門航線。

原康芮發布陸上警報機率不高，惟路徑略偏西，威力增強，暴風圈有擴大趨勢，氣象局修正預測發布陸上警報，陸上警戒區域包括宜蘭、花蓮；海上警戒區域包括巴士海峽、台灣東南部、綠島、蘭嶼、台灣東北部及北部海面。
