【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】南韓車廠現代汽車、起亞汽車美國分公司指出，在美國針對誇大油耗效能訴訟已經和解，和解金額達3.95億美元，主要將付給於2011至2013年成為約60萬輛現代、30萬輛起亞汽車的美國車主。
 
現代、起亞在2012年11月的行銷廣告，把單位汽油里程數誇大每加侖多1英里。
