大約從12月開始 因為天氣忽冷忽熱 發現脖子 下八周圍開始長一粒一粒的粉刺 摸起來粗粗的 而且怎麼去也去不掉..其實很擔心跟去年一樣 如果沒有處理好發炎的話就變成大痘痘(還治療了大概半年才好) 所以就開始先使用drwu的杏仁酸 隔天粗粗的狀況有改善 但隔了不久還是在 畢竟是保養品...我想是無法"根治"問題 所以上周就還是乖乖去看皮膚科 吃藥擦藥 慢慢的有好一點點了 但因為擦的是痘痘藥 其實肌膚也會變得比較乾 剛好手邊有幾片玻尿酸保濕微導面膜 就拿來用 一開始很害怕敷在粉刺上面可能會讓痘痘太過營養導致狀況更嚴重 但臉真的最近缺水很嚴重 不補水又不行 所以就硬敷上去 隔天我很驚訝的是臉的皮膚狀況很好 重點是脖子粉刺痘痘處沒有更嚴重 反而還比較平滑了些!!! 因此心想會不會是保濕沒有做好 油水失衡引起的? 原來以前認為痘痘肌膚就一定要控油 但其實保濕也是很重要的~~~~ 馬上多買了幾片面膜 這個冬天要開始好好保濕 (呵) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.245.43
