車輛違規停紅燈被開單

你是紅燈時紅線違規停車還是沒裝後照鏡？
單純就你沒裝後照鏡部分
第16條1項2款
罰900-1800元
違規日+15天內繳納完畢是900元；30日內1200元；30日~60日1500元；60日以上1800元。
監理站可申訴，但申訴的條件是罰單要先繳完才能申訴
申訴有理由會退你錢（當然是n天後的事)...
但是你沒裝後照鏡是事實，這張紅單就跟全壘打一樣回不來了，申訴只是浪費行政資源!!不要浪費時間，裝個後照鏡之後好好的騎車不要違規，警察也對你沒轍。
