《財報》雅虎Q3沒起色 靠減賣阿里巴巴股份撐場

雅虎(Yahoo)財報不佳，但是因為和大陸網路商務龍頭阿里巴巴(Alibaba)修改協定，在阿里巴巴股票首次公開發行(IPO)時，可減少出售持股；雅虎美股盤後股價上揚1.30%至33.81美元。

MarketWatch和美聯社報導，雅虎15日美股盤後公布第3季財報(7-9月)財報，扣除流量獲取成本(traffic acquisition costs)後，營收下跌1%至10.81億美元，本業每股盈餘下跌13%至0.34美元。FactSet統計預估營收和本業每股盈餘分別為10.82億美元、0.33美元。

雅虎15日同時宣布修訂和阿里巴巴的持股協定。阿里巴巴上市時，雅虎僅需賣出2.08億股，低於原先2.615億股。這個消息對雅虎是一大利多，阿里巴巴掛牌後若股價飆漲，雅虎將可獲取豐厚利潤。然而BGC Partners分析師Colin Gillis表示，他很好奇阿里巴巴為什麼會同意，他們不太可能平白無故作出讓步。

阿里巴巴成長快速，收入已超越雅虎。雅虎近來營收幾乎全靠阿里巴巴和雅虎日本的投資充場面。雅虎持有阿里巴巴24%股份，阿里巴巴即將IPO的消息傳出以來，雅虎今年股價已大漲68%。
