【王郁倫／台北報導】第四屆兩岸海峽雲計算合作論壇今天首度在台北舉行，雲協理事長李詩欽表示，雲協成立育成中心，期望中國能來台對雲計算新創業成立公司作投資，也期望台灣企業繼續對具未來性育成公司投資，也可到中國發展。
 
李詩欽表示，台灣資訊服務業務商機1年3000億元，中國則更是台灣10倍以上，且成長速度更快，龐大的機會，期望透過兩岸交流讓資訊服務業更有機會。台灣過去重視硬體，期望在過去成功的基礎上，轉型到資訊服務業，並帶動與小公司彼此投資跟購併，搶吃龐大商機。
 
李詩欽表示，過去3屆都在北京舉辦，4年來兩岸建立了交流平台，去年更在北京簽署合作備忘錄，除設立育成中心，今年也將在雲的應用上加強投資，取得生活上的便利，11月將在上海設立雲計算推廣中心，12月於重慶設立雲計算應用方案推廣中心，而英業達本身也將在年底前，在中國上海及重慶兩地設立雲計算區域總部。
