專家帶看房　桃園大有特區找2字頭房

【方翊倩／綜合報導】明年要結婚、三十多歲的安東尼很傷腦筋：「我租房的內湖區，買不起也住不起。」他可能被迫要離開故鄉台北市，「移民」桃園，不過桃園正夯的中正藝文特區每坪五十萬元，依然住不起。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，房市專家Sway帶安東尼往外地人較不熟悉的另一區「大有特區」走，下交流道左轉進大有路，不到十分鐘就達大有國中對面的預售案「璟都杜拜美學」，附近還有百貨公司。桃園近年開發重點非大有特區，房價從十幾年前一坪十幾萬元，漲至二十多萬元，就無力再往上。

占地近二千五百坪的璟都杜拜美學，規劃五棟、十五樓層高，社區大門開在大有路上，後棟有健身房、瑜珈教室。建商為搶市，還打出自備款多些、總價少一些的新花招，給了購屋客坎假的機會。
