鼻塞聞不到　竟是腫瘤穿腦

【王璐華／台北報導】感冒症狀勿輕忽，當心是癌變症狀！一名52歲男子阿德(化名)1年多前出現鼻塞、鼻涕帶血絲，嗅覺喪失等不適，剛開始以為是普通感冒，想不到症狀始終未改善，甚至開始呼吸困難，日前就醫檢查，竟發現鼻腔長了9公分大的嗅母神經胚細胞瘤與水泡，阻塞整個鼻腔導致僅能以口呼吸，腫瘤甚至穿過顱底、侵犯腦組織。
收治該案例的台北慈濟醫院耳鼻喉科醫師邱贊仁今(12)日表示，嗅母神經胚細胞癌好發40-70歲男性，是一種罕見的惡性腫瘤，初期症狀並不易察覺，如果相關症狀持續沒有好轉，或是在診所就醫2次上也未獲得改善，建議到耳鼻喉科做進一步檢查。
