台菲衝突未解　外交部斷NGO赴菲補助

每年暑假我國都有許多學生參加NGO (非政府組織)，到海外進行交流和人道協助，今天外交部記者會上，NGO國際事務會執行長吳榮泉表示，為了配合政府政策，若到7月台菲事件還未解決，外交部會勸說國內的NGO團體，在此氛圍下，配合政府政策，今年不要赴菲，改到其他國家。
 
吳榮泉說，每年外交部都有補助這些NGO，今年配合政府政策，若他們仍要前往，就不會補助菲律賓團。
 
我國每年暑假赴國外進行人道救援的團體，約有80%在東南亞，其中部分會前往菲律賓。
 
日前，外交部赴教堂安撫在台菲人時，就有一位菲籍修女擔憂，他們有學生暑假就要到菲律賓，今年是否會有影響。
