議員老公育嬰假遭降職　民主基金會判罰5萬

台北市議員徐佳青的美籍丈夫唐博偉，3年前擔任台灣民主基金會國際合作組主任時，請育嬰假卻在復職時遭拔掉主管職，遭市府以基金會違反《性別工作平等法》罰5萬元，基金會打行政訴訟要求免罰。
 

台北地院行政法庭認為，基金會違法屬實，今判基金會敗訴；仍可上訴，至於唐被降職並減月薪1萬元剩69500元部分，唐提告後，日前台北地院認為降職不合法，已判他復職、復薪，基金會另須補發案發至今主管加給共16萬元；基金會表示已上訴。
