標題[問題] 公司老前輩講話很大聲...

10月中剛換工作 現在在新公司裡座位附近有一個已經待了20多年的老前輩 講話嗓門很大，而且很一天到晚都在聊天(好像要聊給大家聽) 只有在訓練部門新人時說話最小聲 她每天聊天的內容我都被迫聽到 她的姪子怎麼樣可愛啦! 她昨天做了麵包拿來給大家試吃啦! 她要訂便當不知道該訂哪一間的啦 哪個旅行社辦的團不錯啦! 我真的不想聽，身為新人也不適合一直聊天 想專心工作或閱讀一些新人的課程資料，因為她說話很大聲變很難 想過戴耳塞，但如果其他同事叫我我沒聽到又很失禮 戴耳機聽音樂也不好(其他人都沒戴) 目前位子也沒有其他空位了 請問大家覺得我應該怎麼做比較好? 一直以來我都是無法在吵鬧的環境下專心念書或工作的 我怕跟主管反應會不小心得罪那位前輩 真難做人啊... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.143.27 ※ 編輯: apple90101 來自: 118.166.143.27 (11/13 19:57) ※ 編輯: apple90101 來自: 118.166.143.27 (11/13 19:58)
