馬贈勳羅智強　羅：報告總統我瘦5公斤

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統上午在總統府親頒二等景星勳章給前總統府秘書長羅智強，羅也帶著全家人出席贈勳儀式，但原本嚴肅的場合卻因為羅的兩個小女兒變得十分逗趣。在贈勳前馬英九逐一向來賓握手時，當握到羅的小女兒時，她對馬說，「你是我爸爸的老闆嗎？我猜對了」，讓馬不禁哈哈大笑。

羅智強致詞時感謝馬總統的包容與悉心指導，在總統府看過、走過的這一段路，大家一起並肩作戰，然後一起完成的事情，點點滴滴都留下人生當中最寶貴的回憶。羅也特別向馬報告說，總統一直念茲在茲要他把運動的習慣養好，把體重控制好，他要跟總統報告，過去一個多月時間，他體重下降5公斤，每天游泳2000到4000公尺，所以「報告總統，我做到了」。

贈勳結束後，依例上香檳酒讓觀禮人員向總統致敬及祝賀受勳人，雖然府方事先已為小朋友準備汽水，但羅的小女兒還是搶先說，「不要給我酒喔！」大女兒則在馬敬酒時露出奇怪的表情，這時馬英九竟對小朋友開起冷笑話說：「你怎麼一副食物中毒的樣子。」
