標題[請問] 如何檢舉亂丟菸蒂的人

住家對面鄰居經常有很多抽菸的朋友去找他們聊天 因此聊著聊著菸蒂就一直丟，因對方人數眾多 擔心直接出面制止會被揍，所以改用錄影的方式蒐證 請問我是要將影片親自送到桃園縣環保局才行嗎? 還是可以用郵寄的方式+制式表單送去環保局呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.5.137
