空姐請生理假要證明　長榮：防旺季偷懶

【方翊倩／綜合報導】長榮航空為避免空服員在旺季，不想飛就請生理假，公告今年元旦到2月14日間請生理假者須交診斷證明，引起空服員不滿。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，有長榮航空員工投訴，公司要求空服員，在1月1日至2月14日間請生理假須提醫師證明，疑似違反法規。依《性別工作平等法》，女性受僱者因生理日而有工作困難，每月可請1天生理假，但僱主可要求提證明文件。由於生理期不適症狀難以檢查或判斷，勞委會上月中修正相關規定，最快下周公告女性受僱者請生理假可免提證明。

勞委會表示，因新規定尚未上路，長榮目前作法雖未直接違法、但卻不妥，勞工若認為權益受損，可以僱主性別歧視或拒給生理假為由，向勞工局申訴。
