【何柏均、黃靖文／新北報導】板橋警分局破獲1名「祖師爺級」的竊賊，65歲的周遠買敬老票搭火車偷遍全台各縣市，日前還至板橋竊取價值超過140萬的財物；周嫌經驗老道，到達目的地還會變裝，幾度讓警方難以掌握行蹤，但最後因偷來的新北市專用資源回收袋，被板橋警方「以袋追人」，前天晚上7時許於新竹住處被捕。

警方調查，周嫌平時搭火車隨機挑選縣市下手，先按電鈴確認屋內沒人，再以自製開鎖工具開門，6日到板橋沙崙地區的住宅竊取萬元現金、金飾、藍寶石等價值超過140萬的財物，但因贓物過多，周嫌以偷來的新北專用資收袋，不料因此被警方鎖定，以監視器追至新竹住處。周嫌於訊問時矢口否認犯案，但警方仍依竊盜、通緝罪嫌將周嫌移送法辦。
